Q. What are the edits like on PrimeCuts?

A. With PrimeCuts you'll receive at least the same edits that radio stations are playing. We do realize we have many DJs and venues using PrimeCuts who are looking for the cleanest versions of songs possible. So, in some cases, we will clean up a song even further if we deem it necessary. We won't service a song on PrimeCuts that has one of the "seven dirty words", GD or the N word. However, we make no claims that all songs will be appropriate for all audiences, it's up to you to use your discretion

Q. What are my payment options?

A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, check, money order or PayPal. If paying monthly by a credit card we require 2 months upfront (first & last month). Around the first of every month we’ll charge your credit card if you choose monthly billing. If you choose annual billing, your card will be charged for 12 months up front. If you choose to pay via check or money order we require the year paid in full up front. Also, if you pay yearly for PrimeCuts Weekly you will save 10% off your monthly price.

If you would like to pay with PayPal, we require that you pay on an annual basis. Here are instructions for how to pay with PayPal:

1.) Login to your PayPal account

Q. When are the downloads posted?

A. PrimeCuts Weekly is posted by 5pm central every Wednesday (typically posted between 3pm-5pm central). PrimeCuts Monthly is posted by the 7th of every month.

Q. What is the difference between HitDisc & PrimeCuts?

A . The biggest difference is when the songs are added to each disc. The A, B, and C series of HitDisc are designed for radio stations who need to get on new music fast—before they’re a hit. As such, we "add" new music to those services the very week the songs are released by the labels. In most cases this is two to three weeks before the songs appear on any chart...and, in some cases, there are songs that never appear on any chart. Also, HitDisc usually contain the versions of the songs released by the labels meaning the edits may not be the same as a song that is on PrimeCuts.

PrimeCuts focuses on songs that are charting Top 30 or are destined for the Top 30 charts. In most cases, only two or three new songs enter the chart for a particular format each week. As such, we are able to cover adds to the AC/Hot AC, CHR, Urban, Alternative, Rock, and Country charts all on one disc.

Q. I’m not a DJ or radio station but I really want to get new music fast. Can I subscribe to your service?

Q. I’m not familiar with some of the genres I see on my discs. What are AC, CHR & AAA?

CHR stands for Contemporary Hit Radio and includes artists like Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson, Black Eyed Peas and Madonna.

AAA is Adult Album Alternative and includes artists such as Ryan Adams, Shins & Black Keys.
